I´m not very good at cooking, but I do think that this recipe is worth writing about. It´s just my opinion though, feel free to write yours in the comment section hehehe.

Ceviche is a dish made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, I prefer to make it in lime juice. I tried it the first time in one of my favorite restaurants here in Andorra, Adelita, which is a small and very original Mexican restaurant. After I tried it I decided to check how it´s made, and surprisingly it´s very easy and fast to make.

This is my version of Ceviche, hope you like it!

First of all, here´s what you need:

  • Salmon (I usually make it with 150 – 200g of raw salmon)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 5- 6 limes
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Red Onion
  • A bit of Chilli Sauce & Barbecue sauce
  • Some wine (optional, this is just to keep you entertained)
  • A cute dog staring at you all the time (also optional)

To begin with prepare your glass with a bit of wine. After you have enjoyed a sip of wine, chop the salmon into small cubes. And place them in a bowl waiting for the lime juice.

Squeeze the juice of all the limes into the bowl with the salmon, or you can also use one of these fancy squeezer things… I have no idea what they are called.

Make sure that you have all the salmon cubes covered in the lime juice, then leave it in the fridge for about 1 hour. While you´re waiting, you can prepare all the other things.

Chop all the ingredients into small cubes.


After approximately one hour, mix all of the ingredients and add a bit of barbecue & chilli sauce – and you´re ready to enjoy your super tasty and healthy dish! Some people prefer to enjoy Ceviche with tacos but I like it just as it is.
