I have like a love / hate relationship with Malta…. Every time I go there, I have moments that I actually really like being there, whilst there are also many moments when I’m thinking “why on earth did I come here again”.

Malta is awesome for business, since a big part of the sector I’m working in is based there. We attended with the company to a big conference called SIGMA, that had over 15,000 delegates this year. And it was an awesome conference – so thanks to all the organisers! As well I got to catch up with a bunch of friends that I haven’t seen for a very long time, so all in all it was a very nice trip.

We also spend some time in Valetta, which is the capital city in Malta. It’s one of my favourite places to visit when going to Malta, so make sure you spend at least one day there if you are heading there!

It’s been some time (again) since the last time I updated the blog, but I have been so busy with work and studying lately, so the blog has been a bit forgotten. I have even managed to get myself a boat license (don’t know if it is the correct word for that) here in-between – so next summer we will for sure be boating around in Europe! I will upload a post about that whenever I have some spare time – I mean, I, ME succeeded in the exams in SPANISH! Definitely something to be proud of!

Here are anyways some pictures from Malta, most of them are from Valetta, and from Sliema.

Oh – and also, I changed my hair color! When using silver shampoo, it even gets a bit lila / blue, you like it?

And this is me, in my element during the conference – I mean what’s better than business & some sparkling wine???

Here is some pictures as well from the organizers (borrowed images from the SIGMA Facebook page). An interesting fact, I never find any pictures of me in the actual conference…. but you can be 100% sure that I am ALWAYS in all the party pictures….

We stayed in a nice apartment with very beautiful sea views. Waking up to these views after some late-night drinks was one of the love moments I had for Malta this time.
